I need an electrician to take down pendent light to replace a ceiling rose and then put the pendent back up. The new ceiling rose is identical.

Replace current ceiling rose with a new ceiling rose which is identical. The pendent light will need to be taken out and attached back to do this.

I need assistance with removing a tv from a wall bracket to connect the nbn box and reattach tv to the wall bracket. Also to neaten cables in a conduit.

Replace the current ceiling rose on ceiling with identical ceiling rose to make it look flush. The light will need to be taken down to get the ceiling rose off and put new one back on. I would like this done asap
