Old house, moved in to find smoke alarms don't work.

I have a power point I need moved as I need to install a wardrobe where the current power point is (see pic). I want to move it roughly 1m around the skirting board. Can this be done easily and can it be done this week. It is an old 1926 home. Date is somewhat flexible but ideal before Friday 10th when wardrobe is currently scheduled to be installed.

Install outside power point to brick verandah post. Power can run down in conduit because it’s hidden from view. Iron roof. Power located nearby for lights and also motorized awnings.

The power has gone from one side of my granny flat after using the toaster yesterday. The socket isn't working and the power to the oven has also gone so I presume that's coming from the same ring. I've checked the main fuse board to ensure it wasn't a tripped fuse. I have no idea about costs so please advise on your message.
