Eletric bed functions not working tho there is power

Two parts (a) I'd like the combined ceiling fan/light relocated about 1.5m. I'll have the hole precut. Ceiling space has folding ladder access (permanent). This is above a bed. (B) a light fitting is to be relocated in a different room while at the same time being changed from a light to a combinations light&ceiling fan (supplied). This shall have a hole precut and additional supports installed to ceiling. Access is available from 6am to 2:30pm or 3:30pm to 9pm. No patching or painting required. Ceiling space has very good head room.

Kitchen double power point - one side doesn’t work, hasn’t since we bought the house. Can someone help diagnose issue and fix, or let us know if it’s a lost cause?

Hi, I am after someone to come and remove 1 ceiling fan and a light. Pulling a ceiling down in the morning and need them removed and cut off from power. Then re installed after job Is complete.

Hi Guys, My smeg oven trips my safety switch in my switch box, Please see pictures. The budget is for the call out fees. We can then handle additional fees priviately when you are here on site. And I can not push/reset the safety switch back, it alwasy stay off after the first tripping. I believe my oven is the only appliance in that circuit, according to the label on the switch box. Also my other appliances all work fine while the oven safety switch is off. I would like a electrician come to check the problem, and fix it. Thanks.

Hi folks, I need to install a Hisense 2.5kW Reverse Inverter Air Con, model number HAWV9KRD which I have just purchased. Ideally, I would like to have the outdoor unit mounted on the concrete, however as this is on a slight slope, the pad would need to accommodate the slope. Alternatively, it may be best to mount it on brackets on the slats under the deck (if they are strong enough). There is power under the house about two to three metres from where the outdoor unit would be.
