Fix broken air con, leaking water

Hi i recentally purchased a 6.5 kw generator and an ATS switch, i need them connected up to the main house power supply, i also need 3 double external power outlets installed as well as 3 double internal power outlets installed.

Need a qualified electrician to repair a possible broken wire behind drywall. Went to hang my tv on the wall and looks like i may have cliped/drilled through the electrical wire. No smoke or spark or bang noticed when i drilled the holes but the circuit breaker went off.
