No new connection needed. - Fix one ceiling fan noise – Not sure if it need lubricant or tightening of screws or something else. - Remove existing ceiling fan in one bedroom and replace with a customer-provided another (76cm - small) ceiling fan and replace the fan switch as well. - Install 2 outdoor flood lights from existing available connection (one in carport and other on other side of the house below the house roof around the edges. New connection should not be needed. The home is an old queenslander and roof access is possible through an internal manhole (if needed). Happy for you to come, have a look and then quote a price. We have a solid wood door that needs to be cut down (both length and width) and installed to replace our current front door. We also have a new electronic lock that we would like installed at the same time. Unfortunately our current builder has gone MIA and we are left with a bunch of half finished tasks. We are hoping to get someone who is punctual, has pride in their work and is efficient. The door is a blank from bunnings and has already been purchased as well as the smart lock. I have a LED outdoor light (logo) that is in 5 pieces see attached image. That needs to be fixed t a backing board and wired. I have been provided with an LED transformer with AUS plug. I can also provide the painted board. All holes for fixing are in light pieces and bolts are provided too. Will need own tools for drilling and electrical.
