Replace x5 oyster lights to LED down lights

Need pendant light removed and reinstalled, taken apart, put back together then rewired. Need light switch on wall reinstalled as well. Need to hook pendant onto ceiling, must supply hook. Must leave area clean afterward.

Our electric garage roller door stopped working a while ago hence we were using it manually. There was a chain for manually locking/unlocking the shutter. I need an experienced electrician to replace 2 light fittings in the bedrooms. The fittings were installed by another electrician, but every time I turn on the light, the lightbulbs blow. The socket on the ceiling that holds the light bulb is broken. My brother accidentally hit it.

I need a ceiling fan fixed that is making a clicking sound on higher settings. It’s quite high up so will need a tall ladder. I also have a flickering bathroom light that needs fixing.
