The fan in the master ensuite stopped working. My doorbell camera system stopped working a while back. The wired smoke detector by the master started chirping and goes off every time I try to take it down to figure out why. Need to get them all up to scratch to sell the place.

Need to bring powwr back to my gate. There was a fault and the line from the circuit board was disconnected. Want to run a new wire and circuit breaker from the junction box to the gate. 2m distance. Would also like to run a wire and install 2 plugs (10a) from the gate to the pool deck as in image(red arrow, approx 20m from junction box.
Mostafa was very helpful in suggesting ideas on how to fix my problem. Decided on a route and got it all sorted which was great..worked well through the task with good coms on decision points. Couldnt quite finish the last bit of connection but was great to get what was done done.
