Looking for a plumber and electrician to remove the connection of a kitchen sink and gas stove. Please make your proposed offer

Pendant light to be installed into roof where LED light is in picture one. Switch to this light turns on four lights all together so also wanted to see if possible for the other 3 overhead lights to be turned off so switch only turns on light with pendant. Will need to bring your own ladder to access ceiling and apartment electrical switchboard (easily accessible in kitchen cupboard). I unfortunately have not been able to obtain the electrical layout. Please note I live by the beach so with school holidays coming up you will have to allow extra time for parking as I have no allocated contractor parking. Flexible with timing but preference is to have done sooner rather than later, please state your availability in the offer. Installing a single white power point

I need a electrician for installing hobs and ovens.

Fit 6 motion sensor night lights to internal walls various locations. All wall have conduit installed. Fit 5 external up down lights - standard bulbs & fittings currently in place Location of internal motion sensor lights x6 are all in line with installed conduit location is approx 300mm from the floor for each.

3 power points to be removed (see photos) 3 new Power Points required in similar locations. New power points to have USB if possible. Property is double brick. Can provide exact locations of power points if needed. Im available weekdays after 4pm. All day on Thursday. Weekends. Looking to get this done as soon as possible. Thanks

Licenced electrician required. Disconnect power to laundry/bathroom. Further electrical work required at a later date - we can discuss scope of work in person. Someone with an electrical trade discount would be a bonus.

Remove spider webs, remove weeds between pavers and clean pavers. Change batteries in smoke alarms inside house.

Need plug put on the power cord. And gas igniter checked.

a) Replace three old lights with three new ones. b) Replace one light fitting with a ceiling fan. I have the new lights/bulbs and the ceiling fan.

Have some 2 electrical task at home. Figure out why external spotlight not workings and fix it. Also fix a plug for a internal light (photo)

My power has been out all night, URGENTLY need this fixed. Western power came out and told us the switch is fault and needs to be replaced but he didn’t have the part at the time. I need power ASAP, any electrician who has this part available to come out this morning?

Down light transformer to be replaced.

The fan in the master ensuite stopped working. My doorbell camera system stopped working a while back. The wired smoke detector by the master started chirping and goes off every time I try to take it down to figure out why. Need to get them all up to scratch to sell the place.

Need to bring powwr back to my gate. There was a fault and the line from the circuit board was disconnected. Want to run a new wire and circuit breaker from the junction box to the gate. 2m distance. Would also like to run a wire and install 2 plugs (10a) from the gate to the pool deck as in image(red arrow, approx 20m from junction box.
