Simple electrical outlet installed outside so I can avoid running an extension cord from inside

I have 12inch sub as part of a home theatre system, it is wired under the house as it’s located at the back of the room. It started to make an odd noise as if there are wires crossed somewhere. I’m looking for someone to come out and do an inspection / diagnoses and quote to fix the issue. Looking for a quote only at this stage. Once the quote is approved I will go ahead with the work.

Electrolux EHE6899 not making ice while everything else works. Recently changed water / air filters, no help in term of making ice. Checked water dispenser runs as normal. It appears no ice in the tray (before dispense into the ice bucket below) so best guess (not 100% sure, guess only) probably is no water inlet into the ice making tray (clogged pipe or some sort of sensor that control the water inlet). Currently using ice (temporary) from refrigerator below in the meantime. Much appreciated if anyone able to help. Thank you.

After 3 weeks without use my continuous gas water heater has stopped working. It sounds like the unit is attempting to start up and heat up the water with gas flowing but shuts off after a short amount of time probably due to safety mechanism. Suspected likely the igniter is faulty. I have had this issue before when the unit was not used for 3 months. But after a few days it seemed to “magically” fix itself. I should also note that the electrical outlet has been recently replaced and others have been used to test. Also gas is burning on the stove.
