These are plug in type Delete / relocate one unwanted wire

Re posting Job with better description and photos. I have 2 fans to be installed 1 in the sunroom with a universal remote power point on architrave other fan in kitchen power point on architrave only issue is light fixture was relocated when ceiling was replaced and is not on beam anymore is screwed only into gyprock. I have a 3 in 1 heater to be installed in bathroom power point on architrave.

I need a paper lantern fixed to the ceiling of my office waiting room. There is a light bulb and power lead that will sit in the middle of the lantern – it also needs to be fixed to the ceiling and wall using some sort of hook/clasp (images attached including a mock-up of what it will look like).
