Need 40 downlights. Currently have existing batten lights

Install a electric fan to our bedroom roof, single storey

Require 3 celling fan replacement, I will supply new fans. Also 2 bathroom 3 in 1 heat lamps installed (new install currently only a light), these will also be supplied. All locations have roof access.

Need to install a ceiling fan and down lights.

Smoke alarm attached to ceiling is broken. Need an installation of a new smoke alarm to the ceiling.

Power point circuit breaker is not turning on

I will use this power point to charge my electric car overnight. I am not an electrician, but I've seen some suggestions online that for this type of power consumption it'll have to be 40A RCBO and 10mm2 running cable. You need a power point for cables the cable is a Existing cable from the old cooler so it should wire up straight on to the power point is what plumber sent me - Due date: Flexible

Do a electrical sanity check on brand 2x new ceiling lights I bought from a store. The 2x lights need to be tested if working or not within 4 days for warranty purposes. Need to check , the ceiling ( pendant ) lights are functioning OK , by just connecting them to a electrical socket. see attached pic of transformer with AC and DC terminals. Should hopefully be a quick job for a local sparky. - Due date: Before Monday, 4 December 2023
