Fix and repair lightbulbs

i have 4 ceiling fans with a remote control each. none of the fans work with the remote, so is unable to operate. however, one fan decided to turn on by itself without doing anything and now we can’t turn the fan off. maybe this has something to do with the transmitter in each fan? i’m not sure. i need someone to fix this issue

Need to have this fitted properly to the splash back. Doesn’t fit into cut out so possibly need new panel or outlet? Not sure what to call it
