Part of the house has no power, including our fridges and air-conditioning and need an electrician to come out and help us

Hi All, I'm Looking for an electrician to remove old ceiling lights and replace them with downlights. I have a total of 8 downlights that need installing. I'll be supplying the downlights. The room details are as follows: Area 1: remove two oyster lights and install 4 downlights. Area 2: remove one oyster light and install 3 downlights Area 3: remove one oyster light and install 1 downlight All lights are on the second floor of a two story house.
