I currently have a hole in my bathroom ceiling from water leaking in unit above (they believe it’s due to grouting issues in shower and are in the process of fixing this). There is currently no fan in my bathroom which is definitely not helping the situation. This is why I am exploring installing an ixl fan in the bathroom ceiling to help redirect the steam away from the shower (via tube connected to fan) towards the other end of the bathroom where the window is
