The architrave switch was re-wired in the ceiling to a 12V supply and so I need this to be 240V again and connected to the new installed light. Would like this done as soon as practical - any day of the week when you have 15 - 30 mins to spare

Extractor fan switch in bathroom has shorted. Switch is loose but fan sometimes randomly turns on if loose switch is touched or when toggling adjacent light switch. Slight spark can occur when loose extractor fan switch is toggled. There was a small stream of smoke when it first happened.
