Help select , deliver and install a new front door

Hi - I need to hang a light that will be hung from the ceiling in a corner of a room. We are in a new build townhouse and the wiring is above a slab of cement in the ceiling. However, the wiring can be access through one of the walls it will be hung against because there is an understair storage compartment, with a light inside that section on the wall. The light will hang in the corner of a room with one of the walls other side being the staircase storage wall (hope that makes sense). It will need a cable to hang. It is about 5kgs, so not light but not ridiculously heavy. I'd also like to have dimmer switches put on the lights on the bottam level of the townhouse.

oven/hob all wired up, just need connected to the mains, this could not be done by the electrician as they did not have a western power master key to get access to turn the power off to the apartment.

I have a 3x2 house in Wembley and need to get an RCD and smoke alarm compliance certificate from a qualified electrician. Also a couple stove burners aren’t lighting, so looking at those would be great.

I have a hard wired smoke alarm that needs to be replaced. I have bought a smoke alarm but need electrician to replace it.

Office space require change of light bulbs - around 10 lights. We require the electrician to supply lightbulbs Aswell.

Hi! this is the work I want done: 1. Change to 2 x light switches to 2x dimmer switches in the bathroom 2. Add 1 x new spike light to the existing run of spike lights in the front courtyard 3. 3 electrical tasks required: [1] 4x hardwired MR16 halogen lights converted into plug outlets (I have purchased LED globes to install). [2] 2x double powerpoints replaced - current outlets are making a loud popping sound and coming away from the wall when plug is pulled out. Car turns over but won’t start, it’s not the battery, possibly fuel problem. Need someone to hook it up to the computer and find out and if they can repair it all the better! price is for diagnosis and labour, I can get the parts, if you want to do it a different way lets negotiate. Have just moved into our new build. We have 3 existing downlights in a bathroom, we need one more over the shower as that section is a bit dark. We spoke to our building electrician and he said you could easily snake the cables through to the new location. There is a roof cavity above the ceiling but it is a flat roof there so will need to snake it. Light is to be installed on the same switch/circuit. I will supply the LED, it's a 9W Clipsal TPDL1C2. I need my kitchen electrical socket to be changed from a single plug socket to two sockets in preparation for installation of a dishwasher. The current socket is used for the kitchen hob.
