Need to change down lights in my house from small tiny ones to big ones 32 in total, high roof house

Issue 1: lounge room downlights not turning on. They are on a switch with 2 other lights, the other 2 are working. Doubt it is the bulbs as they are fairly new. Issue 2: toilet light globe not working. It is a light built into the fan. See photo. Issue 3: indoor spa/jet bath not turning on, fairly sure it’s an electrical issue. Would like to electrically test it to see if it’s the pump/motor or something else.

My electric log fire is not blowing out hot air just cold air.

2 hardwired smoke alarms to be replaced

The aircond fan has stopped blowing and smoke emit from the unit. If Not able to repair, Quote to replace new box AC is also welcome.

Mitsubishi Ducted Air con needs repair , Live in a 3 yr townhouse at Modbury, unit is working, no fan blowing, cool air coming through. Have cleaned air vent in passage which wasnt really dirty.

The sensor light installed at the front is not activating within the desired range. We need to unplug it and replace it with a better sensor light with a better range. The unplugged light should then be installed at the back of the house.
