My taps once I turn them on, will slowly drop for ages before coming on fully. I think there's an air lock. Need someone to come and fix it. I have a kitchen sink, a bath tub and shower taps all with same issue.

I've moved into a new place. I have a modem downstairs (working fine) and the previous owners have an ethernet port next to it downstairs and then an ethernet port upstairs with several cables coming out. 1. Replace 2 x remote controlled fans with lights in upstairs bedrooms. 2. Dispose of old fans. 3. Controlled by a master switch on the wall plate with remotes held in brackets near the plate on the wall. See pictures. Must be licenced. A rangehood light needs to be replaced too. Would be good to have it done while there. Electrician to supply globe.
