Hey there! I've just finished painting my house – two coats on the walls and two coats on the ceiling – so the majority of the hard work is done. However, it's not 100% perfect, and I’m looking for someone to help me tidy up the final details. It’s not a full paint job – more about fixing up some areas, touching up walls, and getting it all looking professional and polished. The place is mostly sorted, but I just need an extra hand to bring it all together. I’m happy to work with you on timing, and I’ll be around to lend a hand if needed. Take out stumps soil and dumping

There are some gaps in the bricks of the back wall of our rental that need fixing by the 28/12/2024. Must be done by a qualified builder or bricklayer.

Supply and replace existing plastic cistern with ceramic one. Supply and replace existing shower and hand basin taps with silver ones.

Needing old countertops to be removed, as well as a cabinet that has a gas stovetop built into it, and kitchen sink and faucet. To be replaced with butcher block countertop, new sink and faucet and a stand-alone oven/stove Would also like to replace the current circular exhaust fan with one that is vented to outside, pending what this costs. We will supply countertops, sink, faucet and oven/stove. Photos included to highlight areas that require this work.

I have fitted a new hinge I can’t solder the wires back the the circuit board as it’s to fine, I can’t see it

I need an Electrician. I would like someone now. My safety switch keeps flicking off. I tried unplugging every appliance but it switches off every 15 minutes. And it's only certain places of the house.

1. There are some gaps between the gypsum board on the outdoor roof. I need someone to help me nailed/sealed it. 2. My outdoor areas have decking (backyard and small side yard) And it covers the slab edge, which is not good for the pest inspector to do their job. I want to make a few decking removable. Therefore, when the inspector comes, I can easily take it off and let them check. However, the problem is I am not sure what fasteners it used. Don't need to demolish all of the decking, maybe just 2-3 pieces that are near the edge. Price negotiable. Thanks.

Small capacity 240v AC works well however we wish to install in a out the way location in our catavan. To make this work need this appliance to start cooling as soon as it connected to 240v. No remotes touching any buttons etc.

Need to replace two taps to mixer

I need some stormwater pipes and other pipe work done to connect rainwater tanks up. Happy for a site visit to better quote. Will need some existing tanks also setup on a pump (I have the pump)

Remove 3 pencil pine trees and stump from front driveway and 2 pine stumps in backyard .

Needing 2 small yakka stumps removed & 1 cut in pieces

I want to put up a fence so I just need two bushes pruned right back to their stumps and then the plants along the fence line removed and taken away. The middle bush is the biggest but nothing crazy and the plants along the fence line include agave. My green bin is full already so you would need a trailer or Ute to fit and take away all the green waste. No time frame, easy access as it’s out the front of my house so anytime that suits you.

I would like someone with a chainsaw to cut two stumps at or near ground level. One is about 300mm diameter and the other is about 400mm diameter. Nothing to be removed just two cuts. Both stumps are easily accessible, located in the front garden.
