Hi, I need a plumber or handyman to help with a few issues around the house: 1. Toilet Issue – The toilet can flush, but it keeps pumping water non-stop and doesn’t shut off properly. It’s constantly flowing water into the bowl (see photo). 2. Bathroom and outdoor Taps – taps in two bathrooms and my garden are leaking and need to be repaired or replaced. 1. Patch and paint a scratch on a wall. Colour Lexicon quarter. 2. Install door stop. 3. Tighten air con unit to plinth. Seems to be loose 4. Install 2 x wardrobe handles Don't have photos of these issues however they are all minor issues and shouldn't take long at all. We can provide the paint for the scratch if necessary.

Grind 2 stumps to just below the dirt.

Require something a bit urgent, ideally today (14 March) or tomorrow (15 March before 1pm) some help to plug a few gaps between bottom of fence and ground. Also a gate where want to leave a small gap, but need to reduce it a bit too. Photos supplied. Most panes have some timber at bottom but missing in 3 sections show in photos. Would require supply of material (timber or something else suitable - happy if able to secure some metal to bottom to reduce gaps). Main purpose is to prevent a small dog from getting through the gaps.
