I've already purchased the replacement taps and fittings. The job involves removing the existing taps and installing the new ones, and ensuring everything is sealed and functioning properly with no leaks. PS5 console is having the common issue of a faulty HDMI port, it needs to be replaced as the console is not showing on the screen

We have 3 tree stumps in the front of our house that need to be removed. 2 on the side next to the fence need to be carefully removed without any damage to the fence at all. You can cut them as low as possible and cover with soil, we will re plant, plants on the side of the stumps. The stump on the grass needs to be killed also and remove to level out the grass. We have a council pickup and we can have the rocks and the tree stumps taken away ourselves, no need for disposal.

I have two lamps which I need wall mounted. They are normal plug in lamps and I would also like the cables fed behind the wall and then plugged into the power point at the floor to hide the cable.
