Needing someone to help sort out my email setup, was previously Office 365 now its been migrated to Google GSuite but was never fully setup. There are 4 email address's involved so need someone that knows Google GSuite in depth, last person spent 2 hours and achieved nothing as they didn't have experience. So I need someone that understands how GSuite works and what needs to be done to have all emails easier to access and maintain and recommend the best available options. I was having some issues with my i phone XR so bought a new i phone 13 last week on Telstra's recommendation The issues were still there so telstra deleted my 2 x email accounts & re installed them They created a new password for my bigpond account but I now am not receiving emails & nor can I send any I have tried putting in both the new & old passwords & my computer tells me they are incorrect I am unable to see a Telstra Tech for another week !! I cannot sent or receive email on my apple mac. I have to access Optus Webmail to send or receive emails. I have no idea how fix. I went to window doctor and could not follow it. I went to you google, and it suggest I try port 587 took some time to understand and I tried but it did not wok. Very frustrating to have to log into Optus Webmail all the time. Our catchment association are about to activate our new website built using Wordpress. We would like the website checked over and need to move bulk email from the old server to the new one. To further complicate the transfer, the current user has been auto-forwarding the emails to a private email address and we need to get all sent mail as well. - Due date: Before Sunday, 7th Nov 2021

We are experiencing issues with our emails from our Coordikids domain show sent on our email server but are not received by the recipient email address. We also need to update our drivers on 2 laptops, as well as set the One drive folders again to be available on the laptop and Cloud. There may be other issues too which relates to all the problems we are experiencing
