** PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE QUOTING ** Looking for a creative and savvy IT expert, to create the following: 1. We run a recruitment business, advertising vacant jobs, and trying to find suitable candidates to fill those jobs. We would like to be able to upload each job (multiple listing a day) to a job board on our site (so that when people come to the site, they can search all vacancies and filter out by employer/location/rate etc.) --> our admin will upload all jobs manually one by one, as there are too many changes every day 2. We would like to have an in-built feature where the "website job portal" send email alerts to candidates, based on their preferences. For example, if a candidate ticks "engineering" as their field of interest, they should not get "medical" or "architecture" roles sent to them! 3. We also need the "email alert" feature to have the following options A. Email each time a job is added (if the candidates tick "instant alert" in their preferences) B. Or send a summary email three times a day (e.g. morning, lunchtime, evening - with all recent jobs posted) C. A weekly email summarising "all jobs posted this week" Candidates need to be able to select their "preference" to choose which job type, and what frequency of emails they would like to receive... Brand new website, we are hoping to get it built with Wordpress --> not launched yet We know there are WP plugins/themes out there, that come with the "job board" feature so that would make it easier, if you are able to customise this PLEASE QUOTE based on the above - we will then organise a phone call/zoom session to discuss further and see if you are the right fit for us!
