Adam’s communication was generally good but he failed to let me know when he left the property. I told him that I wanted to see and confirm before he left as it was an End of Lease cleaning. He took about 5 hours and did a sub par job. After I contacted he came back to do further cleaning the same day - which was positive, but could have easily avoided the stress by communicating and doing the job properly in the first go.
