From the first time they have arrived they complained the job was bigger the what they have "thought" and wanted extra Money. On completion my wife was not happy but when they promised to come back if needed. So I have agreed to release the money although I had bad feeling. And of course when real estate called to ask for improvements he said I should have paid them extra and that he is not going to come back. Awful service and awful people

Over and above is all I can say. They sent photos throughout the day with suggestions of what needed to be done and did not move ahead until getting cleared from my side. Never rude in communications at all, even when the job was far bigger than they expected. The end result was better than when we moved in. If you want excellence - these guys are the best. I specifically asked Salome how long will take her to finish the job. Her answer was that it takes a day. Job was assigned for Friday. On Saturday I got Salome’s invoice. The same day I got a phone call from the Property Manager that the oven door does not close. I called Salome to ask what is going on, only to be told that she did not close it, as she had to leave to do another job! I had to drive to the apartment and wait there for Salome to come and fix the door. After waiting for half and hour, Salome and another person person arrived at the apartment. They tried to close the door for another half an hour. We were told that they need to go home and they’ll come again the next day. On Sunday, the Property Manager advised us that Salome came and fixed the door. Very poor communication and execution. Bond clean should not take 3 days to finish. I would not recommend or use Salome again.
