Rupak was very pleasant to deal with and he and his partner generally did a good job, particularly of bathrooms and cupboards. However, I was a bit disappointed with their attention to detail to vacuuming, some kitchen surfaces and a wooden floor. Nevertheless when I advised Rupak I was disappointed he did offer a discount.
