Communication ok. But organised a gardner to arrive & was taken aback when I reminded her I hadn't agreed to that. Overall provided a decent general clean, but not bond clean standard. Door handles, walls, skirting boards all still unclean. Many spots missed lacking eye for detail - telling me house was in 'poor' condition. Left during the job to do another job. Had to book someone else to complete the job to standard.
