I booked Luiza for an End of Lease clean and she said she would come with a colleague so there would be 2 people doing the job. Then she couldn’t come and sent one person alone. That person didn’t do a thorough job and our agent required the cleaner to go back after inspection and do a number of things again. Luisa’s colleague did return to complete the job but it made the whole task difficult with a lot of coordination to get it done.
