Jaime was great to communicate with and worked very hard to clean our 2x2 house. He gave himself one day to clean and worked til midnight, which was appreciated, but did disturb the neighbours. The house was mostly well cleaned, but there were several areas of the kitchen that were still dirty (grime and dust on cupboards and marks on walls). We asked him to complete the job, sending photos of the areas via email, and he did come back a few evenings later. He sent a message to say that the job was finished, but when we went back an hour afterwards, there was still grime on the cupboards. The cleaning equipment was still there, so he may still come back to complete the job after the review is done, however we were keen to pay him in a timely manner as requested. Overall we were very happy with the job Jaime has done, and he's worked extremely hard and we're very grateful, but feel that he may have slightly underestimated the time it would take to fully complete the house.
