Bond/exit clean for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse with small 1 car park space garage & a small concrete back patio with small upstairs deck. All windows upstairs and downstairs are to be cleaned including 3 x glass sliding doors. This bond clean does not require the carpets to be professionally cleaned (only vacuumed) as I’ll be cleaning them myself with a professional carpet cleaning machine as the new owners intend on replacing the carpets in any event down the track. I need the clean started & completed Saturday morning between 8-9am as your arrival time at the property. I can supply the cleaning materials if it would provide me with a discount however if not, happy for you to bring your own cleaning supplies to get the job done. I am requiring a single cleaner (or team of cleaners) who will work efficiently and effectively and get the job completed within the day of Saturday 15th March 2025. Happy to pay you either an hourly rate of between $40-$50 or a flat rate (happy to negotiate). I need a formal receipt from h r business confirming the checklist provided by my realestate agency has all been ticked off & or there are any issues, you must be able to return to the property to rectify any things that have been picked up in the final inspection so I can get my full bond back.
