Vacate clean of 1 bedroom apartment. Need to have your own cleaning equipment and products. No carpet clean just vacuum. Fridge and oven need cleaning and they are reasonably clean already. Pictures are prior to moving in but the furniture remaining will be similar.

I have a checklist of things that require cleaning.
