Oven is quite clean barely used, minor clean required at best. Estimated time for a team of two, 5 - 6 hours work i reckon. Hi people, we need to do an exit clean on a 3 bedroom villa we are vacating next week. It’s the usual list of things that are specified by real estate agents. Needs to be done either Tuesday 14th Feb or Wednesday 15th February . Namely, but not limited to: 1. Cobwebs 2. Wash all walls, doors, skirting, light switches, etc 3. Light fittings 4. Bathroom from top to bottom 5. Laundry from top to bottom 6. Kitchen- cupboards inside and out, benches, stove, grill, hot plates, range hood, etc 7. Windows and screens and sills (just inside) 8. Built in robes 9. Exhaust fan in bathroom 10.Dusting, mopping and vacuuming 11.
