Hi - needing an end of lease clean for a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment. Need a guarantee that you will return to fix things if REA isn't happy. Need this done tomorrow (Thursday, 28th Nov), but also flexible with time and date. Can meet you there around lunchtime. Place is small. All furniture removed. The property will be completely empty / vacant. It needs a full end of lease clean. All rooms, floors (hoovering carpet areas and sweeping & mopping hard floors), walls, windows (internal and external), doors, skirting boards, kitchen (including inside all drawers and cupboards as well as the doors), oven, bathroom, laundry room, bedrooms (including inside all wardrobes & wardrobe doors) etc. I would also want outside floors at front and rear of house to be swept up and any spider webs, leaves etc. to be removed. The house is in a generally clean condition, as you can see from the photos. Note that all furniture will be removed, so it will be empty and access will be easy. The job has to be done on Tuesday 5th December from around 2pm onwards. Let me know if any questions.
