End of lease apartment clean. Hard floors throughout (2 bedroom)> so very easy and efficient to clean. Usually use a electric powered floor steamed mop. 2 x Bathrooms in clean condition but just need cleaning and disinfecting. Grout in both showers is good and not mouldy. Shower glass - will need cleaning of spot marks. Walls (white colour ) throughout are clean however there may be a couple of marks that need attention. Skirting boards are clean but a wipe down would be helpful. Oven and stove top is very clean - however im sure a wipe down and refresh would help it sparkle. Cupboards and drawers are clean - ut again may need a final wipe down and sparkle. Balcony windows and ballastrates will need a wipe down. There is an outdoor tap on the balcony for access to running water. Wardrobes all cleaned. Basically > the place is pretty clean already but would benefit from a "final clean" from someone who knows how to clean. My agent has requested this clean.
