The event will take place today from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm at Soko Rooftop Bar in Fortitude Valley. The requirements include providing both raw and post-production edited photos. I require a professional photographer to take photos of me, and my staff, during our quarterly staff event. Pictures to try and capture. At least 1 good/charming photo of each staff in their natural environment. Photos of the food and vibe of the restaurant and event. Group photos (small groups) and also whole group photos. Photos of staff talking etc In their natural environment. Due to this being in an restaurant environment, there is a very good chance that there will be space issues. It is important to not be a nuisance to the other patrons and the restaurant, so the photographer must be able to take photos with challenging lighting or minimal lighting or tripod equipment. Photos of the restaurant and the food is also a extra bonus (to make the event seem desirable), so that we get more participation in future. Our staff event is on the evening 6-9pm of the 21st of the September. I am also happy to include the photographer in our banquet meal (~$70 cost to me) which is outside the payment for services, I believe including the photographer in the meal etc will help more shy staff to be at ease and more natural. The purpose of these photos, for future marketing to show that we have a fun and cohesive team, for social media promotion, good charming photos of staff as a keepsake for the team building event. To the friendly and professional photographer. There would be scope for future shoots, we tend to hold team building events quarterly. But there maybe further scope during other training and event and functions.
