Corporate event of 250 people ,over 3 hour period.

We need a contractor to film and edit a video for an upcoming event. Further, we will also need photos from the event. Please note that we will be supplying you a uniform on the day with our logos. Here's a brief storyboard for the video: 1. Engaging Opening (0-5 seconds) Wide shot of the Careers Expo venue: Sweeping, wide-angle shot showing the bustling {Event}. Narration: "Welcome to the {Event} with {Client Name}!" 2. Showcasing the Stall (5-10 seconds) Close-up of the {Client Name} stall: Slow zoom in on the {Client Name} branding and materials. Hands-on Activities and Interaction (10-20 seconds) Quick cuts of personnel-patron interactions: Personnel demonstrating equipment, showing CPR, and engaging with patrons. Narration: "Get hands-on experience and meet our dedicated paramedics." 4. Reactions and Group Engagement (20-30 seconds) Candid shots of students’ excited reactions: Students exploring, interacting, and learning. Group photo with personnel and students: Smiling faces with the {Client Name} logo. Narration: "Join us and see how you can make a difference every day." 5. I’m needing some content for both my website and social media, so I’m throwing a tooth fairy party with a few children to do so.
