Small intimate event, 10 people, martin place, looking for a film photographer for less than 1 hour

We have a 2 hour event starting with canapes & drinks then guests will take their seats and listen to one of our Directors speak followed by a break. We then have a special keynote speaker talking, followed by Q&A and final networking with food & drinks. The video editing of this job is very important as we need both presentations captured well. So, we need a videographer to capture the networking, the presentations and being able to pan out and catch audience reactions etc.

I've got a free 1 hour 'in progress' performance of a one man theatre show happening at KXT on Broadway (near the Broadway shopping centre) today Wednesday 8 Jan from 7.30pm - 8.30pm. Are you available to photograph this for me? The theatre is setup in a traverse format (audiences on both sides of the stage) so the performance will be moving around between a couple of locations on stage. I can ensure you have noone around you so you get clear shots.
