We have a 2 hour event starting with canapes & drinks then guests will take their seats and listen to one of our Directors speak followed by a break. We then have a special keynote speaker talking, followed by Q&A and final networking with food & drinks. The video editing of this job is very important as we need both presentations captured well. So, we need a videographer to capture the networking, the presentations and being able to pan out and catch audience reactions etc.

My partner’s 30th birthday party will take place at a venue in Sydney CBD on the 22nd of February 2025. The theme is 'Masquerade'. I would like to book a photographer to capture the event across a three-hour period (6:30pm-9:30pm) - couple photos, group photos, food, drinks, cake, venue decorations, views, candid moments with family and friends, etc).
