Provide me with a cleanup/bumpout TEAM of atleast 30people to help out after a rugby tournament. The task: 🔹️6pm-midnight 🔹️pick up all general rubbish left behind by patrons from across 3 rugby fields, throughout the entire rugby compound (see photo for reference) 🔹️take away all rubbish & dispose at local waste facility inclusive of wheelie bins to be emptied into your trailer/truck 🔹️pack down 35 marquees (3x4.5m) & load in our truck 🔹️and also help out with any packing up of food stalls/team tents/gears etc into vehicles. The quicker the better! The event will have food stalls, a rugby 7s tournament & around 4,000 attendees across the day. The team need to be fit, able to lift up to 50kgs, have attention to detail & keen to get in & get the job done! Event is on Saturday, 11 October in South Brisbane. Friday: Pick up picnic equipment (small picnic table, mat, glasses, cooler bag) from Norman Park in the morning around 10am. Saturday: Before setup, please buy a bag of ice to fill the small cooler bag. Arrive at Kangaroo Point Cliffs (top area) by 5:00pm for picnic setup. - Note: Parking is limited, so ensure you have time to park. The setup area is located just over the barrier at the top of the cliff. If heights are uncomfortable for you, this may not be the ideal task; however, you won’t need to go close to the edge. The photographer will arrive around 5:30pm. Once they’re there, you’re free to leave. Area is shown in photos below for reference.
