Our event: We are hosting ~100 friends and family at a casual picnic after my son’s baptism in Kings Park on Friday 29 December 2023. Approx 1-6pm. The job: We’re looking for a friendly, confident person to help us setup, stay with our things while we are away at the ceremony/having photos, help serve drinks/food, tidy during the picnic and help pack up. It is mostly a serve yourself picnic, but it would be great for the successful person to walk around and offer platters and drinks. The details: - Meet us at Kings Park and assist with styling and setup of tables, lawn games, eskys, drinks etc (1-1.30pm) - Meet caterer to accept delivery of food (while we are at the ceremony) and set up food on picnic tables (2.15pm) - Watch over the belongings and food while we’re away (1.30-2.30pm) - During the picnic, keep food areas tidy and stocked, put rubbish in bins, serve drinks/food) (2.30-5.30pm) - Help pack down/clean up (5.30-6pm) - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 29 December 2023
