We are having a combined 60th birthday party on Saturday 1st February 2025. 4pm - Arrival time for wait staff, help final set up etc 430pm Arrival for guests - Drinks and Nibbles 6pm onwards Dinner, Dessert and Dancing 9pm - Finish time for wait staff We will have approximately 90 guests. We need help in the drinks area, especially on arrival - handing out drinks, pouring drinks etc We also need help in the kitchen to assist with setting up the buffet, line control, collecting dirty plates, cutlery, running the dishwasher, setting up dessert course etc. We ideally need 2 - 3 people who work well together . 5 hours work (4pm - 9pm) at $50 per hour = $250 per person Regards Helen Russell
