I’m looking for 1-2 people to help out at our intimate wedding in Fitzroy Falls Approximately 4 hours (5pm-9pm)for 20-25 people. Main tasks are Picking catered food up setting up buffet table for dinner, heat dishes up in oven cleaning up used platters/trays, plates, cutlery and glasses as the night progress washing up dishes,cutlery and glasses Desposing of rubbish And general clean up of kitchen. Basically just being an extra set of hands so we can relax a bit more 😁

Hello, I'm looking for a person with waitressing experience to set up bain maries, plates and cutlery for a 60 person dinner for 3 hours with a catering kitchen. You don't need to serve the meals, just to pop the food into the bain maries and make sure there's serving utensils and the area is tidy as people come through. As people finish eating, I'd want you to clear their plates and put them in the dishwasher. After dinner is complete, I'd expect the bain maries washed and cleared, and tables and surfaces wiped down. All supplies - plates/dishwashers/kitchen/cutlery will be provided, we just need you! Hours would be 5-8pm.
