Clean assets at venues Scope of Works An opportunity exists to regularly service public venues in Sydney CBD. The works include:  Scheduling of works with Venue Managers  Assessment of the condition of the assets before the commencement of works  Completion of the works according to the specification  Documentation before and after completion of works  Adherence to the Venue’s OH&S policies and procedures All relevant ABN, Workcover, Public Liability, and any other associated policies, coverage or requirements shall be in place and current before the commencement of works. The works shall not be outsourced or subcontracted to a third party. One must be fully vaccinated. It best suits semi-retired who need to supplement their income or just to get out of the house. Timing of Works There are potentially numerous venues need to be cleaned. Cleaning of the venue assets can be completed consecutively. The time allowance at each venue is 60 minutes including set up, pack up, etc. The site visit and completion of works can be conducted anytime during the scheduled month provided prior approval are sought from the venue Manager. A timetable of the venues will be provided. Allowance for Works The time allowance at each venue is 60 minutes, including set up, pack up, etc. The rate per venue for all associated works is A$100 + GST. Products, Training, Induction, etc All specialty cleaning chemicals shall be provided. All training and a cleaning specification for these works shall be provided. A basic uniform (x2) shall be provided and must be worn with each attendance. Engagement Protocol There will be a trial period that shall cover the first clean. After the first clean, each party can cease to continue the arrangement without providing a reason. If both parties intend to continue the works, a Contract covering the arrangement will be forwarded for signing. You should take pride in your work and pay close attention to detail. Close
