Assistance required to help clean up and set up/decorate our lunch ! The GIN GARDEN at The Field at East’s Rugby has an event finishing at 1pm. We need to be in there at 1:45pm, so there is a short window to clean up and set up our event. We need assistance from 1pm to help clean up and decorate the space quickly: - set up kids table (cushions, layout table, set up activities) - kids play area (placing of kids mat and play equipment) - set up of cake table/styling. - styling of drinks cart/space. - other decorating (hanging party bunting, Attaching balloons to poles etc, placing of welcome sign, covering the shed in a tule curtain, cocktail table centrepieces). Overall, the space needs to look pretty and pink! The challenge is setting it up in time. It’s a cocktail event, so there will be ample space for guests to roam, and minimal seating. Pictures of space attached Props and decorations will all be provided.

Licensed forklift driver needed to assist with duties during outdoor event setup and bump out. Unloading deliveries, moving infrastructure around site. Tuesday 11 Feb: 8am - 2pm Wednesday 12 Feb: 9pm - 12am

In need of assistance with Event candle setup from 11.30am. You will be working alongside the event team to unload, unpack and clean candles ready for event. You must be fit and able to lift heavy boxes up and down stairs Must also be Efficient and be able to take initiative Depending on the event, set up can take 4 + hours. (Hours will be adjusted after the shift - $30 per hour). This is also a casual offer, so anyone wanting it to be ongoing, we would be happy to give you some shifts, provided that all goes well. If you are also available for night pack-downs from Friday to Sunday (possibility of during the week) that's a bonus, usually from 11pm. Night rate applies to this.
