Private long lunch event for 15 people at a beautiful country property / estate in Lysterfield [35 minutes outside of Melbourne] that we need some support with for service. We are a close group of family/friends and we love to get together to celebrate good food and good wine, but it's a special birthday, and I don't want to be running around more than I need to on the day. Therefore, Im looking for a super reliable, epic, lovely and organised person to help set the table, assist with drinks and get organised for this lunch, as per below: - 4 hours on 25 May, 2023 - 2pm arrival, 6pm wrap time roughly - We may need an additional hour, which we can negotiate - Help with any post cooking cleaning, table setting upon arrival - Pour champagne for guests - Warm bread, toss salad, remove items from the oven or fridge - Bring share menu items out to the table as per the menu run sheet - Clear plates in between between courses - Top up wines - Load the dishwasher - Clean up anything in the kitchen, from pre-drinks space - Potentially help with prepping some gin cocktails after we wrap the lunch Essentials are: event and/or food service experience, well presented, happy to wear a black waist apron that will be supplied to you and most importantly, to be kind and engaging with our group of lovely family and friends to help set the tone for a lovely lunch. Gorgeous group of people - it will be a fun couple of hours together. I need two event staff for an in-home wedding on Saturday October 22. There will be 40 guests arriving from 6pm so you will need to be onsite from 5.30pm until around 10pm. Duties include serving pre-catered food and drinks and keeping the kitchen area clean. It is a formal event but it will be a happy, party atmosphere. Full instruction will be given and help is on-hand if you need anything. Presentation is important to us so personal appearance and grooming is important. Hi there I need 2-3 event staff for a party at my house on Sunday 7th March (day before Labour Day). The location is Warranwood. Approx 70 people coming (covid dependent). Need assistance with heating and serving food, serving drinks and cleaning kitchen after food prep over. Bonus if you know how to make a basic cocktail (eg mojito).
