Find an experienced exterior painting contractor in Berwick

We're heading away this weekend and looking to have our house on the market soon, so trying to delegate some tasks here to help get organised. We painted our concrete 2 years ago and it's gotten patchy. Require the concrete to be cleaned so that we can paint this/touch it up. Happy to discuss if someone is wiling to do clean + paint.

We want to hire someone who is patient enough to sugar scrub all the dirts and greases of the eaves, fascias, gutters, down pipes, window frames, pergola rails and carport beams of our house. The aim is to remove any dirt and spider nets, prepare the surface for a paint job.

To paint it same red color to make it a fresh looking.
