There are two high sections on the outside of the house that we can’t reach without either a very long ladder or other means. They aren’t particularly big spaces, so it’s more about being able to get up there. The actual painting amount is quite small.

Part Exterior paint of rear only of high set weatherboard house. Also full house fascias, 2 side gutters, front and rear terracotta tile roof capping only.

Door is primed - needs to be sanded and painted with white exterior paint. You will need to provide paint.

We have a pool deck that needs resealing. Guessing it will require at least the following: - cleaning/ prep for resealing - maybe some sanding in some spots - resealing coat 1 - resealing coat 2 (maybe) It’s a triangle deck about 12m squared with 3 steps.
