The unqualifeied painter hired by real estate agent messed up the front wall like this. Quotation requested for someone capable, experienced and reliable can repaint the exterior walls evenly. Pls includes prep work, materials, and labor etc.

We require an experienced painter to paint our home’s exterior door and window frames. It is a single-storey house, and there are three doorways and fourteen windows (large windows are comprised of two or three smaller windows). Beforehand, the door and window frames will need to be sanded down, with any gaps being filled (refer to the photos). We can provide an electric hand-sander and paint brushes, but it is best you can provide your own equipment. We are yet to purchase paint and primer, so any insight into how much we should buy would be greatly appreciated!

This single exterior wall has a patchy paint job and needs a second coat and additional paint. Just this one side wall on second level section is required. Wall has a light stucco texture. The rest of the house is fine. I can supply paint and rollers/brushes if required. Easy access on to roof with ladder but the roof section is narrow (80cm approx). Happy for the wall to be sprayed if that is easier/quicker.

Outdoor metal poles need a sand as they are peeling and then need to be painted with appropriate metal paint.

Need to have outside wall patched up and painted after a new gate has been installed. There is also a hook that needs to be removed and then patched. Don’t believe we have the colour on hand. So would need colour match. See photos for pieces that need fixing.
