I have had my windows retrofitted and as a result there is now untreated timber that needs to be painted/stained. The existing frames probably need a retouch up too. It is a 2 story townhouse with 11 windows Some windows also have a wood covering that may need restained but also removed and replaced (see photos for more detail). Final window will be installed on 27 March so looking for the job to be done as soon as possible after that to prevent the new wood from getting wet and rotting.

FIRST WINDOW: We have had to replace a Victorian sash window which was rotten. We have had the window replaced. We need someone to fill in the gaps/putty parts where the new and old window meet, then paint the outside and inside of the window in semi gloss paint. Two coats. WINDOWS TWO AND THREE - Just outside of window to paint. Will require light sanding of old paint, undercoat and re-painting. Please note, the windows are on the first floor so the outside of the window (and sills) will require you to work on a ladder. Windows are approx 95cm wide by 220cm high. Hi, I live on Level 2 of a brick building and have accidentally dropped white paint all the way down the side of the building and onto my downstairs neighbour window. I need a service to clean the side of the brick building and the window of my neighbour from white paint. There is not much but it doesn’t wash away with rain. You would need to get all the way up the the second floor window to clean the white paint off the brick wall, then clean the level 1 window and then the brick right underneath the level 1 window (see pics - happy to add some more). I am also happy to provide any cleaning material that is needed from Bunnings however I do not have a ladder.

The external wood cladding, door and window frames of my 3br single level house needs oiling (see pics). Built 4 years ago. You will need to obtain the required timber oil, to be discussed and agreed on (and I will reimburse you).
