I have a children’s cubby that I need painted. Inside and outside, all white except a few hints of pink similar to the photo below. (Does not include the floral wallpaper, that will just be white) I will provide the paint.

Works to include the following; - All walls & entry - Eves & trim - Aluminum window frames & front roller shutter frame (seen in first pic) - Front of fence & garage (to match house) Will advise on paint colours prior to start, happy to work with your preferred supplier/brand. Ideally looking for paint supplied. Walls & eves to be off white, window frames & garage door to match colourbond gutters. Potentially may look at a third colour for entryway. There is some minor trim touchups (missing pieces, patching) and caulking required. Note back corner of house is close to two story level. Happy to do a walkthrough if required.

I need to paint and seal the front exterior of my house very soon. Apart from looking shoddy, it has leaks around all the windows as the builder never sealed the gaps, and I'm about to put roller shutters on the bay window and want to paint before installation. Must caulk around all the windows and other gaps to ensure the house is water tight so I can begin repairing the interior of the house. Am looking to keep the same colour scheme. Paint needs to be extremely weather proof as the front gets strong sun exposure. The gable 'post' (the wooden stick-thingy at the front of the two gables) may need replacing/repair as it looks pretty dried out. Painting would also include the front door and possibly the screen door also (but happy to take advice on whether that is even possible). I don't really know the square-meterage of the front but a photograph is included for estimates. I'm guessing about costs as I haven't had anything painted for a very long time - very happy to negotiate. You'll need to have your own equipment as I don't own any. I live on a corner block which has a corrugated/galvanized iron fence (approx 55 meters in length and 6 meters in height) surrounding the perimeter. It is very faded and is in desperate need of repainting. I only require the road facing side of the fence painted and I already have the paint. The fence will need to be washed down and prepared for painting too. Im looking for a painter who can prep & paint two exterior windows. Prep includes light sand,taping of edges prior to painting, one coat of prep paint & 2-3 coats of top coat paint. I have all the equipment to do the job. I'd do it myself but dont do ladders very well! Like it done asap.
