I am looking for a certified painter to repaint all internal walls and ceilings of my house that has an internal area of 118sqms. The property is currently vacant. A floor plan is attached for reference. Scope of work should include: Inside: - Preparation of all surfaces prior to painting, e.g. patching , sanding , gaping etc. - Painting of all walls with two coats of Dulux Professional matt / low sheen (colour: off-white). - Painting of all ceilings Dulux flat ceilings (colour: white). - Painting of all doors, door frames one coat of primer undercoat and one top coat of Dulux gloss enamel. - Drop sheets are not required for the floors as existing flooring (including carpets) will be replaced after the paint job. This should have some time savings to keep the cost down. Outside: - Painting of eaves and carport ceiling two top coats of Dulux flat ceilings white. - Two damages, one in the eaves and one in carport ceiling (see photos), are to be repair prior to paint. - Painting of gutters / facia / down pipes two coats of Dulux weathershield semi gloss. (colour: like for like) Photos are to be provided upon completion of the job.

Sand the outside of 3 x 1 house, all walls, all eaves, all gutters, all walls, all spouts and pipes, and other protruding and tucked-away items, so that paint can be applied. Treat the walls and all areas as required and appropriate, and ready them for paintwork. Everything to be done. Walls, slats, pipes, extrusions, beading, eaves, exposed wood rafters, etc. to roof-tile height. Sand = sandpaper machine over the flaking and chipping areas, Scaffolding required to reach at the roof sections, and move around over the walls. Sand paper all OUTSIDE areas efficiently and quickly for painters to move in and apply paintwork,

OUTSIDE. Paint a 1950s fibro house white OUTSIDE. I will provide all the white lighthouse paint for this 3 x 1 house. The vacant house can be spray painted, or painted any way you think would be good visually. This job to be done meticulously and in as professional a manner as possible, taking care to get into all the surfaces, niches, corners, and panels without losing the surface details of the house. The house was traditionally painted in the off-white and gray of the time. Walls, corners, Roof tiles will be painted gray. (A separate job.) Some guttering installation will be being done, while painting is underway. I will add more details soon. Photos coming. Job to start 31 January 2025 and to be completed by Tuesday 4th February 2025. A bonus (tba) will apply for meeting the deadline.

Stone look cladding on front exterior feature wall of new build 3x2 single story home. Approx 2-3m2. Will require supply and install - like the colour of this “coastal limestone” however, happy to go with what is available in similar colour way. Also looking to have some paving finished off around house - please let me know if you are able to do both - otherwise happy to continue looking for another contractor for that. We have a 10.5m by 4m (w x h) wall of a store front that needs painting to bring it to a standard black accross the whole area. Note that the bottom of the wall is over 2 m off the ground.
