I need the front and back chimneys, the parapet and the top floor exterior at the back of the terrace painted. I have the paint - Dulux Weathershield.

Repair various window sills in need 6. Reglaze various windows in need 7. Repair and prep house siding where needed 8. Paint house exterior and trims with paint supplied in requested areas.

A concrete ledge 3.5 metres above the ground needs patching and repair work. Total length is 21 metres x .5 metres wide by 150 mm thick. Also some parts of the walls need fixing too. Before I paint.

Painting exterior of home

Sanding down old varnish to the raw wood of exterior timber beams - please evidence experience of this type of work. I have hand and orbital sander that can be used and I will provide sandpaper

We are looking for someone to paint the exterior walls of our house in our small courtyard. To give you an idea of the size the courtyard is about 14sqm and one side is mostly a fence which doesn’t need to be painted. We would like the brown walls in the photos painted white, so they will need a good clean first. We would like the grey besser brick wall in the photo a charcoal colour. We need the outside of our house painted and a small part inside. The house is a terrace / semi so some of the side walls don't need to be painted. One side wall however does. There is also a back garage (separate building) which also needs to be painted on all sides. We have also had some cracking fixed in an internal room and need that room partially painted. See photos.
